PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: joe's tush cush is primarily operating as a party of 1. The sewing/manufacting, shipping, emailing, managing production, outsourcing materials, etc. is all done by joe himself. With that said.... please exercise courtesy, respect and patience to the best of your ability while your order gets fulfilled. We know that every tush is in need of a cush. We also understand that you cannot put a price on comfort - please hang in there if need be!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: joe's tush cush accepts returns. This only applies if your order is returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please attach the invoice to your return package. We do not accept cushions that have been used or altered. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the same card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. DELIVERY TIMES: Shipping times are approximate. We hand make each cush at our studio in Philadelphia. We can not guarantee the ship times during busy periods, like Christmas etc.
